Returns

There will be no cash refunds! 

DO NOT REMOVE RUBBERBANDS FROM THE HAIR. IF RUBBERBANDS ARE REMOVED , ALL EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due to the nature of our business and the demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 7 days of purchase in original packaged condition with original sales receipt.

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product will make the sale null and void. We cannot accept back any virgin hair that has been installed or altered. Inspect hair without opening the bundles to ensure product is to your satisfaction.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.
